Dheeraj Dhoopar Quits Dance India Dance Season 7; Karan Wahi To Replace The Actor

This morning, a report of Dheeraj Dhoopar quitting the dance reality show, Dance India Dance season 7 made headlines. It was reported that the Kundali Bhagya actor, who was supposed to host the show, judged by Kareena Kapoor Khan, decided to leave as the two shows were “physically and mentally draining him.”

Now the latest reports suggest that Karan Wahi will be filling Dheeraj’s shoes in the dance reality show. Yes, you heard that right! According to a report in Tellychakkar, Karan Wahi has been brought on-board to host Dance India Dance Season 7. The actor has earlier hosted TV shows like Nach Baliye, Indian Idol, and India’s Next Superstar.

Talking about his exit, Dheeraj Dhoopar told Times of India, "I was excited about hosting DID, but managing two shows drained me physically and mentally. I am not complaining about the long hours, but it would leave me without any weekly off. Also, I need to focus on other commitments. I hope that in the future, too, I get such good opportunities.”
